The app is super user-friendly and fun. We have a lot of site-based employees, and also, as a global organization, it was imperative that we selected a wellness platform that supported all of our needs. A big part of being a Global company is the issue around connectivity, making sure as we grow that we remain connected. PepTalk is connecting the employees within the companies in a different way. Through the PepTalk app, employees get to know each other on a more personal level by sharing photos, taking part in Game challenges, and work as a team. Companies can also organize their own challenges and campaigns through the platform. Employees get to learn something new and interesting through the app academy videos and stories, not only about wellness and wellbeing.

PepTalk really helped us with social connection. We were able to use the platform to do wellbeing challenges that kept the team spirit going and helped new people onboarding to feel like they are really part of the team. PepTalk is unique in its ability to support team culture. We were very focused on building trust and cohesion between Teams, and PepTalk delivered this. It is far more than simply wellness content; the platform is community-driven, and there are gamified ways for employees to get involved and drive behavior change through the different challenges, games, and programs delivered through the platform. I found some of the manager support beneficial. It enabled them to model the behaviors we felt were needed to create the environment to contribute to employee engagement and wider organisational performance. Our account manager feels like part of our team. She's been on a wellbeing journey with us from the beginning, providing support, sharing ideas from other partners, helping us utilise Pep partners and always willing to contribute to any ideas we might have in the wellbeing space outside of Pep. I think colleagues across the group sometimes find it difficult to find the time to use the app, and while we get great interaction during games it falls away outside of games which is natural.
