PepoChat is an AI support agent for business websites. It answers visitor questions in real time using only the business's own content, including website pages, PDFs, Word files, help-center articles, Notion pages and Google Drive files. When the answer is not in that content, it says so and offers to connect the visitor with a person; escalated chats move to a shared team inbox with the full transcript, and staff reply in the same chat window. Thirteen built-in integrations let the agent look up Shopify and WooCommerce orders, find or cancel Stripe subscriptions, create tickets in Zendesk, Freshdesk and Zoho Desk, add contacts and tickets in HubSpot and Salesforce, create Jira issues, send alerts to Slack and Discord, add Mailchimp subscribers and trigger Zapier, while Custom Actions connect other HTTPS APIs. It can also book meetings on a connected calendar, reply in the visitor's language and capture leads. Installation uses a script tag, a React or Next.js snippet, a WordPress plugin or a hosted chat page. A free plan includes 200 AI replies per month and 5 knowledge sources; paid plans start at $49 per month.
