Integration was easy but i would like to have more documentation regarding all steps and features. Maybe i have had the needed technical knowledge, but someone else will need the documentation for sure.

I love the fact that I can check the status of an email (ie received, rejected, bounced, etc). The interface and user experience is very pleasant. The level of customer support is second to none. I haven't tried calling them, but through the support chat you can reach somebody almost instantaneously at any time. Support personnel is very professional and knowledgable. In order to build up reputation, you need to send certain number of emails before you reach that first level of reputation. On the other hand, I also understand that rationale about this requirement, because it allows people to more easily abuse the system. I wish there was an option to somehow get verified as a "valid" business that will automatically get you to a high reputation level. Even if the requirements are fairly extensive. The best thing about Netcore Pepipost is that the platform is very user friendly. You may not be a pro but still be able to do so much on the platform. Extracting reports, checking logs and many more.

We like the different pricing options and only being able to pay for emails that are not opened. All email platforms should use this pricing model! I recently tried to open a new account for another business and it seems that they a lot stricter about who signs up on their platform as my account was rejected.
