It's fairly easy to understand and reminds many of us of a social media platform. We get some really solid reporting from the various modules of HR that require little adjustment. **What do you dislike about PeopleWorks?** While the UI is pretty easy to understand, there's little we can customize. UI is easy to understand but extremely simple so we struggle with more advanced and complicated data housing and reporting. Some managers have reported struggles with entering or editing time punches. **What problems is PeopleWorks solving and how is that benefiting you?** We needed a comprehensive place to store HR data and a place for employees to access to see all documents and data around their career. ### 2. I love the feature where I can see my leaves, SL, CL, Paid leave, leave I took , leave I have etc. **What do you dislike about PeopleWorks?** I hate my dashboard, there is nothing, trying to add widgets but no widgets, there is a need of lots of improvement even though it's not one of my priorities, but seeing it empty,I failed to add any widgets **What problems is PeopleWorks solving and how is that benefiting you?** I use it to solve my leave issue, any mistake in my timesheet, to download my paystub, and keep track of many things related to them, I use it to fill my weekly timesheet as well. ### 6. I guess it can be picky about how you enter certain things such as payable time. If you do not enter it a certain way it will not accept it. I also wish you could enter a holiday instead of just leaving it blank (drives me crazy!). **Recommendations to others considering PeopleWorks:** Do not think too hard about it. it is very uncomplicated and easy to use.
