Live Data: PeopleTicker provides accurate, reliable and live market data on payments and pay rates. It helps companies to make the right decisions for recruitment, retention and compensation management.

Competitive Advantage: Companies gain a competitive edge with the latest compensation information. By understanding the market rates & industry trends, companies can attract candidates and can effectively negotiate salaries with the candidates.

**What do you dislike about PeopleTicker?**

Lack of Industry-Specific Data: While PeopleTicker provides comprehensive compensation data across various industries, some industries have unique compensation structures or specialised roles that might not be fully captured in the available data. Industries like scientific research, advanced technology sectors, evolving industries or local industries.

Lack of Historical Data: Companies needing historical compensation data for benchmarking may find that PeopleTicker has limited historical data, Focusing more on real-time or current market data.

**What problems is PeopleTicker solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Right Decisions: PeopleTicker provides real-time & accurate data on compensation & wages. I can make the right decisions in hiring candidates, budgeting and workforce planning through this.

It is still a new product and relatively unknown in my market

**What problems is PeopleTicker solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The problem that PeopleTicker solves is hiring analysis and being able to find out how big of a need the hire will be. It is an interesting tool for sure and it is cool to be able to dive into hiring strategy having this tool

**What do you like best about PeopleTicker?**

PeopleTicker helps a lot in making the Hunar Resource management process a lot smoother and simpler with its real time data about salary trends and markup rates.

**What do you dislike about PeopleTicker?**

The software does not provide a user interface up the mark as per industry standards and there are a few glitches in the operation which led to unnecessary time consumption.

**What problems is PeopleTicker solving and how is that benefiting you?**

PeopleTicker has been solving the problem of various uncertainties in the human resource department fir to kam of information and limited time frame. The process was made much efficient.

It helps with real-time data, which helps in retaining top talent.

The UI is not so intuitive, requiring a steep learning curve initially.

It helps make informed decisions about our workforce and is an invaluable talent management resource.

**What do you like best about PeopleTicker?**

It's an excellent tool for beginners having great UI, and most things like candidate resume, scheduling, rescheduling, notes, and follow-ups are pretty easy to manage.

**What do you dislike about PeopleTicker?**

Application is prolonged doesn't really help while sourcing candidates, and there might be redundancy candidatures. hard to pull up the history, and there's room to improve

**What problems is PeopleTicker solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The product is quite user-friendly, which is pretty good in  Data Parsing, Data Validation & Display, pricing, HR management, and procurement. It does all with ease.
