There are only a few leading players in this space. Given the breadth and depth of the tool, CSS is a leader. While Oracle has been determining the long-term future of the product, I feel that it needs to be said, in terms of higher education ERPs, CSS is one of the best. Like most ERPs, CSS requires substantial technical and business overhead to build and maintain this system. Successful deployment of CSS takes commitment from campus, as well as a long-term strategy for support. The updates and Fluid design have been slow, as the cloud roadmap. I can search and select the classes I want to register in. It takes care of transcripts and grades which I can see anytime. When I was a grader, I could take attendance of students seamlessly. I remember it took me two weeks to get used to it because it can be hard to find things in it at first. I mean, it’s the only tool available, hence we use it but the scrolling process while taking attendance can be improved as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. Recommendations to others considering PeopleSoft Campus Solutions: For students it is great tool to have but for teachers it may be a little difficult to get used to at first but it does the job. What do you dislike about PeopleSoft Campus Solutions? Rescent upgrades took away the ability to add new favorites. This makes it difficult to find certain pathways that you use infrequently.
