Honestly, there's nothing major I dislike about PeoplePerHour. But I do think they should look into fake or inactive jobs that stay open for months without being awarded — this wastes our credits. It would be better if such jobs were auto-cancelled after 30 days and credits refunded. Also, reviewing the credit prices and the 20% commission would really help freelancers.
