What do you like best about PeoplePerHour.com?

I like that clients hire me instead of me having to look for work myself. That way, I can focus on doing the work rather than looking for it. The chat feature with the clients who hire me is also quite convenient. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about PeoplePerHour.com?

There is a very limited file size limit for files that can be uploaded directly to a chat with a client. No smartphone app Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Professional Platform with Rock-Solid Trust"
5/5
What do you like best about PeoplePerHour.com?

I use PeoplePerHour.com to connect with potential clients and deliver freelance services in a professional and structured environment. I appreciate how the platform maintains quality by reducing noisy or low-quality interactions. The escrow system helps solve the payment and delivery trust issues, which is especially important when working remotely. I also like the platform's simplicity and professionalism as well as the privacy measures that allow me to showcase my work without worrying about portfolio misuse I also had a positive experience with the help center and customer support, who were helpful and understanding when resolving questions. Their approach felt supportive rather than strict, especially when dealing with early-stage issues. Additionally, I appreciate the transparent fee structure. For example the freelancers' service fees decrease from 20% down to 7.5% once a £250 billing threshold is reached between the same client and freelancer. Overall, the initial setup was straightforward and easy to follow. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about PeoplePerHour.com?

There isn't much I dislike so far, but one area that could be improved is the freelancer portfolio editing experience. The editing interface feels a bit basic from a UI/UX perspective. although it functions correctly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Efficient Freelancer Matching, Needs UI Improvements"
4/5
What do you like best about PeoplePerHour.com?

I like the layout of PeoplePerHour.com. When it comes to finding a freelancer and reviewing their proposals, it enables me to look through each one of them, check their ratings, their experiences, and all that kind of stuff. I like it from that point of view because it helps me filter out who is a competent freelancer and who’s not. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about PeoplePerHour.com?

I think in the inbox section, when I look at messages and notifications, it looks a bit confusing. I think there's an easier way of making the layout better. A more smoother layout. So it's clearer to see who's messaged you. Because I think there's so many boxes going on here. It needs to be more user-friendly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"One of the Best Platform for Skilled Freelancers"
4.5/5
What do you like best about PeoplePerHour.com?

I love using PeoplePerHour.com for getting genuine clients and projects related to web development. It's a trusted platform that helps me connect with authentic clients. The cert level boosting is great for freelancers, encouraging us to work more and improve our rankings. The initial setup was good, making it easy to get started. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about PeoplePerHour.com?

If a project is not assigned to any freelancer within a week, it should be auto-canceled, and freelancers should get their credit back to avoid losing credits. Also, the payment holding period of 14 days is too long. Sometimes projects run longer than expected, and freelancers then have to wait another 14 days to clear the payment. "Fast, Feature-Rich Platform That Makes Client Support Easy"
5/5
What do you like best about PeoplePerHour.com?

It connects me, as a specialist, with people I can support and help directly.

Their support has always been really good, although because the interface is so straightforward there's almost never a need for support. :)

The site loads quickly despite being so fully featured. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about PeoplePerHour.com?

The messaging system could be improved slightly to improve comms with clients. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Ideal for freelancers and scaling income"
5/5
What do you like best about PeoplePerHour.com?

I like the Offers system on PeoplePerHour.com because it creates a predictable sales funnel, simplifies client decision-making, and reduces negotiation costs. The quality of the audience is also important to me, as it leads to a decent average check and high conversion with the right portfolio and offers. A transparent deal structure provides financial protection, clear staging reduces risks, and formalized communication minimizes conflict situations. Ratings and reviews serve as social proof, which directly affects CTR and conversion. I appreciate that the accumulated rating works as a long-term asset and reduces the need to 'sell from scratch.' The central ecosystem allows me to manage all processes in one interface, simplifying operational management and focusing on production. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about PeoplePerHour.com?

Visibility Algorithm: opaque logic of ranking Offers and profiles, difficult start for new offers, limited organic traffic without external bonus. Commission Model: high commission on initial turnovers, weakly motivates scaling within the platform as income grows. Price Competition: pressure from dumping, requires strong differentiation and packaging to maintain position. Can be improved: increase transparency in the ranking algorithm, improve customer filtering and quality of briefs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Great range of freelancers"
4/5
What do you like best about PeoplePerHour.com?

I like being able to find a wide range of freelancers for the different projects I work on, without being limited by location or country. There are options to suit different budgets, and the reviews help give confidence when choosing who to work with. It’s also reassuring to know that PPH will step in to help resolve any issues if they arise. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about PeoplePerHour.com?

The main downside for me is the level of fees and commissions, which can feel quite high at times. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Effortless Client Connectivity and Workflow"
5/5
What do you like best about PeoplePerHour.com?

I use PeoplePerHour.com for remote jobs, and I have had a great experience so far. The platform helps me find clients from different regions, which is hard to do in my area. I like the Offer feature the most because I don't need to bid on jobs; people find me through my offers, allowing me to focus on my work rather than finding clients. The initial setup was quite user-friendly and easy to get started. I'd recommend PeoplePerHour.com, especially to my fellow designers, without hesitation. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about PeoplePerHour.com?

I used to have a mobile application of PeoplePerHour.com that is no longer available. I think you should consider this application for freelancers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
