What I think I like most about PeoplePath is that it makes it feel intentional, as opposed to overwhelming, when I want to stay connected. It is not just a tool for remembering my contacts; it is a way for me to remember context for my relationships, such as past conversations and when I need to follow up again. One thing that I dislike about PeoplePath is that it can be a bit limited in terms of advanced features. Although it’s nice that it’s simple, sometimes I wish it had more features to offer. Sometimes it’s nice to have more features to customize, like tagging or more advanced search features or analytics on your interactions. Another thing that I dislike about PeoplePath is that it can take a bit of a process to get into the habit of entering your notes or updates after a conversation. It’s worth it, but it depends on your usage of it, which might not be a natural process for everyone. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What problems is PeoplePath solving and how is that benefiting you? PeoplePath helps solve the problem of losing touch with people because of our hectic lifestyles and mixed communication channels. It is easy to forget to follow up on someone, miss some critical information from previous conversations, or unintentionally become disconnected from someone, and PeoplePath helps solve just that. What I find most beneficial about PeoplePath is having a system of organization for my relationships.
