The biggest downside is the integrations with all of the different applications; there is a lot of systems that weren't integrated with Peoplelogic quite yet, understandably, that would result results that aren't representative of all of our team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I've started using Plai for setting OKRs because I was tired of spreadsheets and didn't find any convenient feature of HRISs. And so far, it is one of the best solutions. Plai is tremendously helpful for staying on track with both personal and business goals. And it doesn't end there, you can also set up 1:1's, give praises to your team, and share feedback. One of the most useful things about it is that you can also learn about the best practices for creating OKRs and one on one agendas, which helps a lot if you are just starting out with them. I like how easy it is to create and update OKRs. It is simple to check the progress of the company's OKRs or departments' OKRs. I also like 1:1 meeting feature.
