People Keep's expense submission process is very simple and in the event that there are unanswered questions, the site is also full of FAQ's. Customer service is excellent. As a non-profit we have a limited number of employees which means that we don't qualify for large group rating plans. It was important for us to find an affordable solution to providing our employee with some type of coverage and the health reimbursement account allows us to provide funds at our budgetary discretion.
