The service is very reliable. It's great! I often receive the feedback before I am even done with the interview. I have only worked with the software for a few month. I know I can always count on People G2 to give me fast, reliable results. I haven't found any errors in the reports we receive. We use this everyday to run backgrounds on hundreds of people. It gives us thorough results on each prospective employee. I have never worked at a place that required background checks on people so I was pleasently surprised with how easy it was. We staff for many warehouses and our main goal is to staff the warehouses with quality employees. The thing I love the best about this company is their customer service. Knowing there are real people on the other end of the phone when any issues come up is incredible (and rare in the background check world). Their UI for tracking checks is also extremely easy to use and I love how quickly you can track the progress of the background checks. It's also extremely easy to tailor background checks (based on type of position or location). From the moment I contacted PeopleG2 about our company needs, they were able to tailor a solution for us that worked well and fit in our needs. Many of the other background screening companies I contacted had a one size fits all solution, which wasn't going to work for a company of our size. There is nothing I dislike about People G2. I work with a great team who helps keep my company on track with hiring the right candidates. I work in the firearm industry, so thorough background checks are key. People G2 has never let us down. They are always on-time according to the ETA's that they provide and they make several attempts to contact our applicants to ensure that the background process is completed in a timely manner. If there is ever a problem, I can pick up the phone and call them and work on solutions immediately. I can count on People G2 to give me the information i need in a timely manner. Whenever I've had a question or concern, my emails are always responded to promptly. I trust that if there are ever any delays in receiving reports due to weather or office closures, I am made aware of these ahead of time. Set up of our initial account was effortless.
