"PeopleForce: Intuitive, All-in-One HR Platform with Solid Performance and ROI"
5/5
What do you like best about PeopleForce?

PeopleForce is very helpful for reporting and request management, covering almost all basic HR needs in one system. The UI/UX is intuitive and user-friendly, which makes it easier for HR teams and managers to work with employee data, approvals, and workflows. Integrations also help streamline processes and reduce manual work across different systems.

In terms of performance, the system is generally stable and supports day-to-day HR operations well. From a pricing / ROI perspective, it brings value by centralizing HR processes, improving transparency, and saving time on administrative work. The support and onboarding experience are also important advantages, as the team is responsive and helpful when questions or issues arise. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about PeopleForce?

I would appreciate more flexibility in implementing or adjusting existing features to better adapt them to our company’s processes and structure.

For example, company calendars are currently linked to location, while for our setup it would be much more practical to link them to work type. This would make the feature more flexible and easier to use for companies with multiple work types and different local requirements. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What I like most is that it’s a true all-in-one HR platform. It brings recruiting, onboarding, time tracking, and performance reviews into one single, intuitive interface. It saves us a huge amount of time and keeps all employee data perfectly organized. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about PeopleForce?

The mobile app is good, but it would be great to see more desktop features mirrored in the mobile version to make it even more convenient for employees on the go Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Simple, efficient, and well-supported HR platform"
5/5
What do you like best about PeopleForce?

What I like best about PeopleForce is how convenient it is to keep everything in one place. All employee data is easily accessible, which makes it simple to generate reports, track requests, and manage day-to-day processes without jumping between tools. It really helps to keep everything organized and saves a lot of time when working with people-related tasks.

What also stands out is the amazing customer support - Anatolii Shpak is always responsive, quick to help, and deeply engaged in solving any issues. It’s great to have such reliable and hands-on support when you need it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about PeopleForce?

Some features that are essential for our company are still missing in PeopleForce. However, I really appreciate the ability to submit tickets, track their status, and view tickets submitted by others this makes the feedback process transparent and collaborative. I hope that over time we’ll see the platform evolve to include the functionality we need. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Comprehensive HR Solution with Responsive Support"
4.5/5
What do you like best about PeopleForce?

I love how their customer service is very responsive. They really listen to their client needs and always update the system based on our feedback. We've been using PeopleForce for over 2 years now and there have been many good changes that have helped with our manual processes. It helps keep all our information in place, with automation and efficiency enhancements. The setup was fairly easy, and it was smooth to go through the different modules. I also find the pricing reasonable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about PeopleForce?

Right now, it's the performance management system. It can't cover our current performance review structure. Ours is a bit complicated, but their system is quite straight to the point. We hope also for more dashboard reporting across different areas. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"The best HR Platform"
5/5
What do you like best about PeopleForce?

People Force is the best platform that combines all the features HR teams need in one place. It covers the entire employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding, making HR processes structured, transparent, and easier to manage. The UI/UX is modern and intuitive, allowing both HR teams and employees to adapt quickly without extensive training.

The platform also offers strong integration capabilities, helping synchronize data across tools and reduce duplication. Performance is reliable even when working with large datasets, and the customizable reporting functionality is especially valuable for building analytics tailored to business needs.

From a pricing and ROI perspective, People Force delivers strong value by consolidating multiple HR processes into one platform, saving both time and operational costs. In addition, the responsive support team, smooth onboarding process, and continuously evolving AI-driven features help optimize routine tasks and improve data-driven decision-making. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about PeopleForce?

Overall, the experience with People Force is very positive, and the platform already covers most HR needs effectively. The UI/UX is intuitive, though some advanced workflows, such as complex reporting or navigation between modules, could be further simplified to improve efficiency. Expanding native integrations and adding more flexible setup options would also help reduce manual work.

The system performs reliably overall, with only occasional delays when handling large datasets or highly customized reports. People Force delivers strong ROI by consolidating multiple HR processes into one platform, while responsive support and smooth onboarding make adoption easy. AI and automation features are already valuable, and further development in predictive analytics and smart recommendations would make the platform even stronger. "Clear, Customizable HR Management with Intuitive Time Tracking"
5/5
What do you like best about PeopleForce?

The PeopleForce system allows us to manage HR processes in a clear and transparent way, including vacation and sick leave calculations, and tracking how they accumulate. It also provides flexible customization options, allowing us to adapt the system to our company’s specific needs.

The same with time tracking — the system is intuitive and easy to use for employees, which makes daily work more comfortable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about PeopleForce?

The only thing I noticed is that the attendance policy is based on locations, not projects (I think it will be more useful for IT companies), but that’s not critical for us. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Convenient automation of HR processes and excellent support"
5/5
What do you like best about PeopleForce?

I really like the convenient structure, the automation of key HR processes, and the fact that PeopleForce makes it easy to manage vacations, timesheets, documents, and communication with the team. It’s also great to have strong support from the Customer Success Manager. Special thanks to Rostyslav Ducha for his constant support and involvement. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about PeopleForce?

There are a few technical aspects that could be improved. For example, when editing the holiday calendar, deleting a holiday sometimes redirects the view to the previous year, which is inconvenient. All my improvement suggestions have already been shared with the Customer Success Manager. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"PeopleForce: A Complete HRIS with Powerful Analytics, Performance & Pulse Surveys"
5/5
What do you like best about PeopleForce?

PeopleForce is a great HRIS solution for any business starting from 20 people. My company uses the CoreHR, Perform, and Pulse modules, and they fully cover all of our business needs.

The standard CoreHR module includes all the essential HR analytics we require. In the Perform module, we conduct performance evaluations, and everything is stored in the system, which is very convenient. The Pulse module allows us to run various employee engagement and satisfaction surveys, with detailed analytics available afterward.

I highly recommend it - the system effectively supports all HR functions for both large businesses (500+ employees) and small startups. And customer support service is ready to help very quickly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about PeopleForce?

One of the few things I don’t like is the lack of flexibility in the org structure - it can only be built as a linear hierarchy, while a functional or other types of structures are not supported. In many companies, the structure is more complicated than a simple linear reporting line, which is why our org chart doesn’t accurately reflect how the company actually operates.
