PeopleE3 is an Operations Intelligence platform for measuring and improving employee Engagement, Excitement, and Empowerment (the E3 score). Managers run recurring Individual Development Conversations (IDCs) with each direct report on a weekly to bi-weekly cadence. Employees complete self-assessments, managers score the same three pillars, and the platform compares the two to show perception gaps. Atri, a built-in AI assistant, helps managers prepare for conversations and provides a private support channel for employees. The platform includes team dashboards, trend analytics, alerts for declining scores, role-based access control, and PDF reporting. Organizations can connect their own AI accounts from OpenAI, Microsoft, or Google. It is used by operations and people leaders in industries such as manufacturing, healthcare, hospitality, retail, logistics, public sector, and construction.
