Sometimes there are temptations to force fit all the projects in the OKRs even when they are futuristic and not directly linked to immediate business goals... We have started using the tool in Jan 2020, it was an important for us to ensure we get all our team members connect on a platform and work together to achieve the Company Objectives, increase productivity and collaborate effectively across departments. We define OKRs every quarter and tool helps track the progress and help get regular insights during the Quarter.
