Can see goals in bite-size pieces and transperency

**What do you dislike about PeopleCues?**

It's not useful for a large organization where dynamics and shifts happen instantly

Tries to achieve goals in small scale in individual teams

I liked that we can see everyone 's objectives so it is quite transparent

Initially it takes time to understand i used to just fill survey

We collect data of our company and try to make it better
