Peoplebox comes in very handy every first week of the month when we have reviews with the team. It is one place where any one can track the progress on the goals, alongwith the reasons for achieving / missing targets. This helps in getting the wholistic picture of teams progress.

Also, the review template keeps getting better with time. Really love the new sections around deep dive and impact summary that has been added. The recently added summary of the goals section helps in getting a overall pic in a few seconds.

Setting up and getting started is super easy. The support team is extremely responsive when there are issues. I remember reaching out to the team for some sync issue and the leadership was on call fixing it and within a few minutes it was back up. Kudos! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
