**What do you like best about People365 HCM?**

It's a common payroll platform where payrolls can be easily generated for the employees. It is simple to use. There are options to choose the language and also the currency type like ₹ for India, $ for U.S. and so on..

**What do you dislike about People365 HCM?**

I have not yet found any disadvantages as of today.

Payrolls can be easily generated for employees. It is simple to use with the options to choose the language and also the currency type like ₹ for India, $ for U.S. and so on..
It seems to be similar to any other payroll platforms.
