One of the biggest issues include lack of professionalism by the customer support because they don't respond. The payroll system is a bit defective and there is no reminder for approval of leaves. HR Cloud allows us to set tasks and automate reminders. This cuts down on the amount of manual follow up that we need to do and allows us to quickly see where each person is at from an overview perspective. HR Cloud sometimes will run updates during holidays or times when they are unavailable to troubleshoot issues that often come with updates.
