What do you like best about People Element?

I've used People Element at two companies. Here at current company, I've used the product for engagement surveys. At previous company, I used the product for both surveys and performance review at year end. This was a while back so not sure how relevant. For surveys its easy to use. I've never ran into issues. For performance reviews, this was not the right tool for the job. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about People Element?

I think the look can be refreshed; e.g. the buttons, icons, text size. Functionally the product works fine - its just the look that can be improved. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about People Element?

People Element gets amazing response rates. They ask the right questions to give me insightful data. I can rely on their exit interview data to be unbiased, accurate, and thorough. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about People Element?

I like how I can compare my organization to others in my industry and even globally on every question of the survey. Benchmarking our exit interview data with peers always brightens my day and reminds me just how good our culture is. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
