People.ai has API dataset which will be helpful to deep dive into the Activity dataset which is not fully captured with Salesforce and People.ai integration. People.ai scraps the google calendar, has integration with the caller app and which is helpful to get meeting,call and email data so that a deeper analysis for sales productivity. PeopleGlass allows me to update all the most important information the business needs to make informed decisions about our pipeline. What do you dislike about Backstory? I haven't found anything yet that I dislike. I've downloaded the desktop app and installed the Chrome extension so that makes everything extremely easy to use. Inline editing of Salesforce opportunities. I cannot do this in my company's Salesforce so having access to it here is a huge time saver. Easy to create new views and filter to the correct data. Minor thing, but I couldn't spell check/correct in the inline editing, so had to finish my edits and then go back into each field to perform spelling corrections. I am a poor speller so this is a bit of a pain! Also, while inline editing when I got to a new paragraph (on a Mac) you have to hit 'command+enter ' while in most other applications this is a 'shirt+enter' function.
