People.ai has the ability to do well in the future, and we met with individuals at People.ai a few times to discuss the features and abilities, as we were considering using it for account mapping (an upgrade and a bigger expense for us), but it just lacks so much. For instance, it won't pull activity from LinkedIn and Slack, and we run very heavily on those applications on a daily basis. Therefore, the "activity" surrounding both metrics/KPIs for my employees, as well as account health, is never accurate in the slightest. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I like how easy it is to use. People.ai simplifies activity tracking for CSMs, reviewing and evaluating the adoption stage and relationship with a customer. All activities are logged to SFDC and easily accessible. The new UI allows locating all deals or accounts on the same page and building customizable reports.

Some of the data doesn't seem to be very accurate, while I am not using any dialer tools, it's being recorded in my performance metrics as calls instead of meetings.

The best feature of People.AI and the one I like the best is its data driven insights. Its quite intelligent and dynamic and helps provide insights through analytics is very little time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
