It´s not an intuitive platform. You do need to study a lot in order to make some great progress. New users of Pentaho or folks who are interested in performing a specific task or type of analysis, needs to improve their skills in order to have or make easy their relationship with the tool. This product has a free community version that can be used to satisfy BI needs of any organization.
