Penta has a great deal of flexibility and options for managing your Projects, service work orders, payroll, accounting and much more in the same platform. They also provide a great deal of reporting to manage each of them. There is also a dashboard type reporting site that can provide data analytics for a comprehensive view. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about PENTA Construction Software? The user interface for the GUI is not very intuitive and the look and feel could stand to be upgraded. The error handling also could be improved. There are times when an error will halt other processes and doesn't allow the user to resolve and often needs support to clear. I think it could be better if there was an auto reversal or some way to manage routine errors. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. I inherited the application, but it currently serves as the accounting, payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable, billing, service work orders, maintenance contracts and job management for our company.
