I enjoyed Penguin's B2B marketing services - strategy, SEO, PPC, and, of course, HubSpot support. Perry, the owner, has managed to gather top marketing professionals, many of whom served in key marketing & sales positions prior to joining Penguin. There was a lot of restructuring when I was working at Penguin. Things have probably settled down since then but there was many changes as to who manages whom and who to report to that created some confusion. I get a bit nervous when someone leaves and I get a new account manager (doesn't happen often). You get into a certain cadence and then you begin working with someone new and need to settle into a new rhythm. Some may be nervous that this is an Israel-based company, however my account manager is located stateside. Some of the designers are in Israel, and it has actually worked out nicely that I send something in at the end of the day and it is waiting for me in the morning.
