Solution: Pendo Insights and Guidance allows us to communicate changes within our application quickly and efficiently through the use of guides.
Problem: Difficulty educating our users on capabilities of our applications
Solution: With in-app guidance and our Zendesk knowledge base integration, we are able to easily update our users on new capabilities within the application and direct them to more information with knowledge base articles. We can very quickly get something to thousands of users in less time than it takes to deliver a pizza.
Problem: Analyzing our customer's utilization of our app was basically impossible with the high level analytics we gained from Google.
Solution: With Insights and Guidance, we are able to easily monitor how our customers are interacting with our applications so that we can understand what features are being utilized. This has been tremendously valuable in assisting us with prioritization of new development for features.
Problem: Obtaining feedback from our customer's was all over the place and was getting lost in the shuffle.
Solution: With Pendo Feedback, we are able to centralize all customer's requests and close the feedback loop that has traditionally been challenging.
