What problems is Pendo Feedback (formerly Receptive) solving and how is that benefiting you?

We are organizing the product development process using suggestions from customers and employees. So far it is working quite well to help us prioritize importance and visualize the difficulty of certain projects. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
