What do you like best about Pendo?

It is an easy-to-use tool, it helps track applicants, renters and leases. I love the ability you have to rate expenses and income properly and report on them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Pendo?

There are some limiting functions. Specifically, the bank reconciliation function. Occasionally, some strange things happen, but in the end they are always resolved with the help of the support. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Pendo:

If you need a platform that provides background check services at a reasonable price, generate a rental contract that you can modify with additional clauses, print a contract and sign it electronically, I recommend Pendo. It allows potential tenants to complete their information online easily. Pendo has been very easy to use and configure. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Pendo solving and how is that benefiting you?

We use Pendo to help our customers be organized. This tool orders the expenses and income of each property. Also the tax time is much easier. I can send files directly to the account. What do you like best about Pendo?

I like that I can target segments of users based on what type of user they are, where they normally go, and even the integrations they have with other softwares and get information in front of them that pertains to their specific setup and usage. What do you dislike about Pendo?
