It is very easy to use and you can customize it. You will be able to export your agenda to Excel

It is very easy to use so nothing I dislike. It would be nice to connect with outlook

**What problems is PencilMeInNow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is good for scheduling new appointments and follow up.
