## About PEMS
PEMS is for Owners and General Contractors to manage their construction projects using an integrated project planning and execution methodology based on project results (deliverables and work packages) to track margins, avoid claims, and increase profits. Our cloud-based software has a simple, flexible, and collaborative interface that integrates with MS Excel to handle construction projects of any type, size, or complexity. Manage the entire project delivery life cycle of scope definition, cost estimating, work plan schedule, project performance, cost and date completion forecasting, invoicing, status reports, and close-out. Track productivity, efficiency, and margins by deliverables because, as an example, it is more effective to control 20 deliverables or 200 work packages than to control 2,000 or 20,000 activities.
