The reporting could be improved, there are limited choices. However the free connector allows us to connect out to Power BI Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I find PEMAC easy to use. As a relatively new user I found PEMAC user friendly and quite easy to getthe hang of. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Some features not yet avalbile (with out current version) such as long range forecasting or works orders etc, sometimes a little tricky to gain a longer term picture >6 months of mainteance upcoming Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Its slow and requires too many approvals for every mofication where i would like to save multiple chnages at once Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Pemac assets give us an easy and useful system to keep on track of our schedules and breadowns.Its ability to filter a wide variety of catagories make its incredibly useful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Poor reporting within Pemac system. Ongoing issues/bugs with system that have not been resolved such as incorrect return of filter searches etc. Other features such as meter based maitenance do not work in reality, generated work orders go overdue same day as they are generated Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

PEMAC is a widely used CMMS too, within industry and as a result both the lay out and terminology is easily understood by users Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Downsides to the system are not utilising all the available tools, IE integrating spares managhment into your own internal processes Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
