The changes in this system, with its web-based environment, import sheets and general ease of use, make it quite straightforward to populate, update and report on across the vast number of assets we have at our plant. In legacy systems. The entire process was quite tedious and lacked a good structure for reporting. A very easy system to implement/integrate and keep updated, especially with the high frequency of user we have and with the support from PEMAC and their qualification packets. Customer support is quite easy to deal with. **What do you dislike about Pemac CMMS?** The stock management side of PEMAC Assets could be affected by some work, as well as defects, causes, and remedies. Stock does not allow for the likes of "lots" around quality-related items; the primary bin location is not of much use when you can have parts across multiple bins in a large plant, and the filtering is not greater either. Only good for showing shortfalls in routines, but it would be nicer if there was an easier way to manage stock with more detail and their relationships. Images are almost useless in the search, too. **What problems is Pemac CMMS solving and how is that benefiting you?** A much more streamlined and efficent system for the management and reporting on the vast amount of assets we have at our plant. With it being a fully digital system and full audit trail, it greatly helps us with our records for external auditors and general management of both planned and unplanned maintenance to keep us compliant. With the auto generation of work orders, it reduces some of our management time for our coordinators as well as the previous hassle we had with document management. ### 2. I use this function every day and I would be a bit lost without it to be honest. Pemac Assets integrates seemlessly with our planned, preventative maintenance programme and is the backbone of our management system. Also the ongoing customer support has been stellar, from the intial set up phase to the (very few) technical issues I've had over the years. The support agents are always very curtious, and they resolve issues quickly and without issue. **What do you dislike about Pemac CMMS?** The main downside from my own experience was the intial set-up phase which took several months for me to manually input all stadium assests i.e. plant, equipment, systems etc... at the time as I didint have an importable assest register. Im not sure what the current experience is as this was a long time ago. **What problems is Pemac CMMS solving and how is that benefiting you?** PEMAC Assets provides a comprehensive framework for us to manage our planned, preventative maintenance programme within the stadium by integrating our plant assest register, OEM manuals, maintenance records, and purchasing records. It would be very difficult to effectively manage our programmew without PEMACs ability to integrate each of these essential aspects in such a seemless way. ### 3. Also through building up the system makes it easier to locate what parts go onto an asset and how many assets are in a specific building or related to a specific asset. It is also easy to train lads and introduce them to the system. Customer Support is also extremely helpful and always accessible. **What do you dislike about Pemac CMMS?** Stores can be very confusing to set up and can be awkward when it comes to logging spares and crerating new spares. The ability to order parts or request parts to be ordered isn't easy to use also and isn't currently utilised in our company. **What problems is Pemac CMMS solving and how is that benefiting you?** Reducing the ambiguity of when jobs were completed. Ensuring regular Maintenance is done. Supporting our stores and reducing the risk of stock outs and incorrect stock being ordered as well as helping maintenance personnel find the parts they need. ### 4. There are still a lot more tools I need to discover and implement in order to optimize the efficiency of the maintenance department of the company. **What do you dislike about Pemac CMMS?** The data import templates are not very user friendly to use. Enabling some functions to send notifications can prove a bit difficult sometimes, however, always found great support from PEMAC support team! **What problems is Pemac CMMS solving and how is that benefiting you?** Creating work requests and issuing work orders to the relevant departments and to keep track of all jobs done by the maintenance department. The software is going to be used also to implement preventive maintenance routines, manage assets and eventually start using it as a scheduler for all the jobs. However, this being said implementation team was very good. PEMAC Review **Rating:** 1.0/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Mario V. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.) **Reviewed Date:** February 23, 2023 **What do you like best about Pemac CMMS?** -Assets Management (Prevent Maintenance) this module is the most completed module and you can manage all your assets really well. -Routines This module is really easy to implement just watch out because if you set up a routine that is trigger everyday by mistake you will get a bucnh of work orders that you cannot deleted. **What do you dislike about Pemac CMMS?** -Multi-Site PO Approver, if in your company you have a manager that can be an approver in each site PEMAC is not your product. -If your organization use multiple budgets PEMAC is a nightmare to set up all your cost centres againts each monthly budget you will waste a lot of time set up them and you cannot create a copy from a current budget so you have to create a budget from scratch every time. -The Budgets screen is very slow when you have more than 50 records. -Purchases Order process is a poor module but I am understand that your main focus is on the Assets Management (Prevent Maintenance). -If you looking for a module that can beskope PEMAC is not your product when you ask for a specific changes on some modules PEMAC will review the changes and maybe it is not gonna be implemented if they dont agree that the changes is good for everyone. -On the mobile App you CANNOT do nothing fro the purchases such as (POs,Stock takes etc) that in my opinion that is really poor if you want to do an stocktake you have to bring the laptop with you. **What problems is Pemac CMMS solving and how is that benefiting you?** Create a layout of all the assets **Official Response from Stephen Davis:** > Thanks Mario for your detailed feedback, which is greatly appreciated.
