They give huge termination fees when we swap over SIM contracts. They also have misbilled us before, admitted it was their mistake, and taken weeks to send us back the funds. I find the Offline/Online status button to be unreliable. It displays SIM cards as being online when they are actually offline, and vice versa. This inconsistency undermines its effectiveness as a first step in our troubleshooting process, leaving us uncertain about the actual status of a SIM.
