Pelian is an AI development agency that builds AI agents, voice AI, custom applications, and workflow automation for businesses. Founded in 2023 by Achilleas Drakou, Pelian delivers production AI systems in 4-12 weeks with fixed-price proposals. The team partners with Anthropic, NVIDIA, Azure, IBM, Google, and Cloudflare to build AI solutions across healthcare, finance, marketing, and fintech. Notable projects include a Graph RAG-powered health agent (94% accuracy), an autonomous deal sourcing agent ($180M pipeline), and a customer-facing influencer agent that replaced a 5-person team. Every project comes with a fixed-price proposal, direct access to the engineers building your product, and full code ownership. No hourly billing, no lock-in.
