"Robust but not that reliable" 1.5/5 What do you like best about Pega Platform? The integration of PEGA Robotics within Visual Studio is perfectt. Allows you to develop in multiple frameworks to bring a better RPA product. The visual tool is perfect to a better design of the solution. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Pega Platform? The PEGA robotics tool is very ambiguous in terms of application. When a function is implemented, the reality is different from the documentation or the "theorical" description. Hard to develop with accuracy with this kind fo problems. Recommendations to others considering Pega Platform: Try to make a benchmarking with other RPA tools and decide which one is best suited for your applications. We were using PEGA robotics to develop RPA solutions within the company. RPA projects with the call center, taxes and Human Resources departments to automate processes.
