When our company was purchased, we were required to transition from Salesforce Classic to the Lightning edition. This change presented a major challenge: Lightning blocked our ability to access critical customer data for email communications, which is our primary method of keeping customers updated. We were unable to use the rich, merge-field email templates that we had relied on in Salesforce Classic.
The Peaklogic team immediately grasped the impact of this issue and proposed an innovative solution that works like magic.
