They have a proven track record, with us, of finding "magic" solutions that restore critical business functions, like using merge fields for email communications. \* If you need to automate workflows and integrate systems: Peaklogic excels at creating automated processes, especially when integrating Salesforce with other platforms like Slack. These added Workflows are automating so many of our often forgotten tasks. They can help you streamline operations to save time and ensure no customer issues get missed. This was an issue before we moved to the Ligtning edition. They'll help you create a seamless, real-time communication method for both internal teams and customers. \* If you value a partner that listens and delivers: One of Peaklogic's greatest strengths is their ability to immediately understand a client's problem and propose an effective, working solution. When our company was purchased, we were required to transition from Salesforce Classic to the Lightning edition. This change presented a major challenge: Lightning blocked our ability to access critical customer data for email communications, which is our primary method of keeping customers updated. We were unable to use the rich, merge-field email templates that we had relied on in Salesforce Classic. The Peaklogic team immediately grasped the impact of this issue and proposed an innovative solution that works like magic. Thanks to their expertise, we can once again leverage our customer-centric email communications to keep customers informed about the progress of their issues, concerns, and orders. We have continued our partnership with Peaklogic to automate more of our processes. They are now integrating Salesforce with Slack, creating a seamless and real-time communication system for both our in-house teams and our customers. This involves configuring processes that automatically post to Slack channels, notify individuals, and comment on Salesforce customer records based on customer actions. This new methodology is already saving us a tremendous amount of time and helps ensure no customer concerns are overlooked.
