The Peeklogic Connector was easy to install and get up and running quickly. My team likes being able to create jira tickets from a Salesforce case or looking for an existing ticket. We also like the upgrade option should we need additional functionality. They were also willing to hop on a call when I got confused with a step during the set-up process.
