The platform removes the dependency on external research agencies and allows teams to launch product testing studies with minimal setup. I particularly liked the AI-powered insights and the ability to get structured feedback from real consumers in real-life settings. While the platform is fairly intuitive once you get the hang of it, I did find myself spending some extra time understanding a few of the more advanced features—especially around logic and customization. It’s not necessarily a drawback, but there is a bit of a learning curve if you want to fully leverage everything the platform offers. Also, when I tried targeting very specific or niche audience segments, the options felt slightly limited and required some manual adjustments to get it right. In my experience, setting up product tests or validating a concept typically involves multiple tools, back-and-forth with agencies, and a fair amount of manual coordination. With Peekage, I was able to set up studies and start receiving feedback much faster than I expected. It was especially useful when we needed quick validation on ideas—we didn’t have to rely on internal assumptions or wait weeks for insights. Instead, we could see how real users were interacting with the product and what they actually felt about it. That made our decisions a lot more grounded and confident.
