Incorrect guest charges! The biggest issue is that our guests are getting charged more than we think they are - our system shows an amount, and that is what we get paid, less Peek's hefty commission, yet they guests are getting charged a different amount on their credit cards!! Peek's clean interface and compatibility on all devices makes for easy management of the day or week's activities. The calendar view is the backbone of our shop's daily activities. Reports are not customizable enough to find exactly the information I require at times. One notable example is the inability to pull a report of all "Reseller" emails (going through and doing this manually for 100+ resellers is BRUTAL). Additionally we find that the pages that peek defaults to when opened, "Dashboard" and "Manifest", are all but useless to our business. No "shopping cart" feature so users can't book more than one style of bike at a time - like an adult bike and a kids bike; Can't book by date - users have to select a bike first, and then see if its available the date they want it, which it often is not, as we have one of each style of bike. The waiver is not part of the booking process, so if the customer reserves in person, they have to reserve on our website (no booking app exists) and then switch to a table to fill the waiver.
