**What do you like best about Peek Pro?**

Friendly knowledgeable and very patient staff.  They answer my questions and walk me through every situation; that really builds the confidence I have in them; as well as it gives me piece of mind.  The platform is fairly easy to set up, just takes some time but once its set up its very user friendly.

**What do you dislike about Peek Pro?**

Questions  regarding 1099-K compared to reports was not very helpful.  I call at least once every year trying to get clarification to make sense of the numbers.

**What problems is Peek Pro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Peek Pro is allowing me to get my bookings direct from customers on line.  They make it easy for customers to book.

**What do you like best about Peek Pro?**

I was so impressed from the begining! Onboarding  was so easy to navigate and had a very personal feel to the whole process. Once that was finished it was a breeze to intergrate onto my website! The support they provide users is amazing. If I cant find what I'm looking for in one of the hundereds of help articals, I know I can get a fast anwser using the live chat feature (I use this feature more then I should admit when I'm in a hurry!) Duirng my rental season I am always looking at new ways to improve my business and with all the features Peek offers I'm defintly keeping things fresh for my clients!

**What do you dislike about Peek Pro?**

There is so much helpful informaiton that sometimes I feel like I can go down rabbit holes when I'm looking for something particular.  Thats not really a bad thing but for short attention spanned people like myself it can sometimes be overwhelming!

**What problems is Peek Pro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

How to bundle products to sell to my guests to put some extra money in my companies pocket.

**What do you like best about Peek Pro?**

Ease of use for staff members and customers. Peek has allowed us to better manage our rental equipment and increase our rental turn around time.

**What do you dislike about Peek Pro?**

It would be nice if the features for the activities products were also available for the rental products, such as widget views and customer-facing enhancements. We have run into limitations where the features are often not available for rental products, but they would be a great fit for our setup and services.

**What problems is Peek Pro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Better management of rental inventory. The rental availability calendar view has been beneficial when helping customers find the right equipment. Also, the ability to check-in equipment when it comes back has helped us get that equipment re-rented later in the day while still having a clear view of what equipment is in use.

**What do you like best about Peek Pro?**

Easy to use both for guests and the customer service team. Easy access to help articles or staff. Our implementation was very successful and when we hit a small bump they worked immediately to fix the issue. Customer support has been above and beyond with easy access to humans and articles for help. I use they system daily from a computer and my phone. There are so many features it's hard to find something I need it to do that it doesn't. We did some integration of records from our old system and they did it for us flawlessly.

Nothing really. Even when I find it doesn't do something they usually find a way to get me what I need.

Sending out confirmations amd getting guests to give feedback have been the best features.

**What do you like best about Peek Pro?**

I like a feature that allows guests to leave gratuity at the end of their experience but it is only because we won't process payment until the guest closes out at the end. That said, the "tipping feature" that caused us to choose Peek Pro in the first place above Checkfront and Fareharbor is actually an incredibly unreliable feature and we have had to refund hundreds of guests after receiving reports of double charges. Their gratuity system is not clear, and has caused an unmeasurable amount of frustration from both our guests and our staff.

**What do you dislike about Peek Pro?**

Everything. For one, the customer servie is absolutely horrible. No one who works for Peek Pro knows anything about it. You may as well call a local McDonalds and ask them somehting about Peek Pro and the representative on the phone willl know just at much. Most importantly. I used Peek Pro for the entire 2023 season. I honestly can tell you what our actual sales were, how many rentals we had or how many guests because every report I pull form them is inconsistent. I contacted support. Its been almost 3 weeks and no one can answer the simple question "What were our sales". I could go on about this but I would caution anyone who cares anything about their business to choose an alternative service if possible.

We use Peek Pro to pocess sales and reservations for our rentals. That said, it has never worked in a reliable way that actually helps our business.

The customer service is excellent! All representitives are quick and thorough with their replies. Also, the dashboard view for my bookings makes it super easy to filter through my tours and see how my coming days look!

**What do you dislike about Peek Pro?**

There is a few integrations that are missing i would like to see be added to Peek Pro. I have been told they are in the process still.

Integration of scheduling. My current (and former) scheduling apps do not have Peek Pro integration. I was told that When I Work woud be integrated but havent seen the update yet.

Easy to use. Able to schedule and move reservations easily. I like that we can process our own refunds and function independently but also have our own representative if we have questions.

I wish we could move people from In-Depth and our regular Guided House Tours.

Peek has helped with the ease of scheduling tours and has saved time and I defintely think our guests have had an easier time booking than we did with our previous vendor.

**What do you like best about Peek Pro?**

They take care of every aspect of booking. They make sure to only offer times when it is available, provide confirmation and follow up emails automatically. They even send emails to people who started a booking but didn't complete it

**What do you dislike about Peek Pro?**

They are still making somewhat major changes to the software which comes with kinks they have these great features they are working on but I have no idea when the promised features are planned to be released. I have also experienced a few bugs with the software and when I created a help ticket they said they are aware and they are working on it, without telling me it is expected to be a week, a month, a year before it is fixed.

**What problems is Peek Pro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Peek pro helped me go from spending 75% of my time organizing bookings to now spending only about 10% of my time with bookings. My customers are also getting instant confirmation whereas before it would take as long as 5 days.

**What do you like best about Peek Pro?**

I like using Peek Pro because it is easy to use, if I have any doubts or questions I can easily contact customer service. And what I like the most are all the options it has for marketing, like coupons and Peek.com where I can upload my tours to their page without a review fee, they only charge the commission, it's like Tripadvisor but without the review fee.

If the client had a problem booking, you just contact them and they resolve it in 5 minutes. Excellent customer service.

I was with Fareharbor and they didn't attend to me, I had to send an email for them to respond. With Peek it's much easier with the Chat option, they are very kind and patient. I recommend it.

**What do you dislike about Peek Pro?**

It is not so well known in Mexico for Mexican tourists, although it is known to North American and European tourists.

**What problems is Peek Pro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Reservation issues were resolved in less than 5 minutes. Product configuration issues have also been easily resolved with the chat option.

**What do you like best about Peek Pro?**

The best part about Peek is that our customers can easily make a booking; you get notifications on all your devices besides the emails. We have been offered many booking systems, but this definitely work with our needs.

**What do you dislike about Peek Pro?**

The main thing we do not like very much is that the customers cannot cancel themselves, and they have to contact us to make the cancellation; however, compared to other platforms, this does not affect our ranking.

We had a booking that the customer was not able to pay through the system; I contacted the support team and was able to solve it immediately. Ever since we have to Peek our business be more productive, the trend of booking online has grown a lot over the past year, and many people hesitated to book with us because we did not have a booking system online.

**What do you like best about Peek Pro?**

I like the credit card processing as well as the calendaring and built in APIs. Just everything is easy to manage and they offer telephone support where everyone at Peek is super awsome!

**What do you dislike about Peek Pro?**

There isn't much to dislike about Peek. I've been with Peek for around 5 years now and I can't say I've had any issues. It would be nice if they would offer tour operators to sell merchandise. I'm currently adding my merch as an "anytime" sale on my calendar view and that can be confusing for customers.

**What problems is Peek Pro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Peek makes it easy all around. Listing events, editing events, creating calendar views. The most used feature on my calendaring is that I can list several events at the same time as a single tour operator and the first event to be booked by a customer will hide the other events so they cannot be booked. This is a great option feature when managing several types of events.

**What do you like best about Peek Pro?**

Peek Pro is super easy to use and view pertinent information. The ease of making changes to a booking or a guest profile makes it very user-friendly. The UI is really easy to navigate.

**What do you dislike about Peek Pro?**

Often the base price is changed when making an edit based on business rules, so this would be great to fix so it didn't require as much user insight and manual fixes. As well, I would change the display for the weekly schedule to show spots booked vs. spots available in a different manner to make it more clear.

**What problems is Peek Pro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I honestly am not certain which problems Peek Pro is attempting to solve. I would love to be privy to that information to help guide decisions as I am a user of the tool and also have a business analyst background with software design as the main part of that analyst work.

**What do you like best about Peek Pro?**

Customer facing platform is very easy to use. I appreciate the simplicity and straightforward step-by-step process. I no longer have customers calling just to walk them through the online booking process which defeated the purpose.

**What do you dislike about Peek Pro?**

I do not like how you cannot tack on additional charges without adding it as an additional charge policy first. For example, when we charge customers for gas, I have to go into the additional charge to add/change the cost prior to adding. Also, I do not feel we should have to pay peek commission on those additional charges regardless of what they are.

**What problems is Peek Pro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Peek is eliminating excess phone calls, automating emails in all aspects, and growing our reviews. We are able to focus more on the business aspects and less on the bookings and schedules.

Peek Pro takes over the tasks of the back end of the leasing process for specialty spaces leaving my time free to gain new clients. The booking, lease signing, scheduling, and payment are all taken care for me now.

The setup was a bit confusing, and there is multiple spaces to make changes on the back end, but they may not make the changes I am looking for. Their customer service is able to help out though.

Peek Pro is helping me solve the back end of the leasing process for a shopping center. I don't have to complete leases for small spaces anymore. My time can be used to find new tenants.

The onboarding process/ team was so patient and helpful. The Peek team was on it from beginning to end, helping me navigate all the tools and resources this company offers.

**What do you dislike about Peek Pro?**

I would like it if the activity screen could be displayed monthly, for example, from the 1st to the 30th. Not only by the four-week increments. Having a quick monthly/ yearly screen shot would be great.

I have not had any issues with the online booking problem. It is all operator error and has nothing to do with Peek now. As things arise, I am confident that I can reach out.

A very user-friendly system, amazing customer service, a professional platform, convenient, gets the job done, well designed, easy to manage and monitor, and truly a big help to our operations, booking management, financial reporting, etc. We're a very satisfied partner of Peek.

I would improve setting up dates of availability to make it more efficient to create and modify as needed. Other than that, we don't have any dislikes, the service delivers on it's promises.

It helps us to manage all of our booking and reservations in one consolidated place and saves us time and money on managing multiple systems. As the customer service is excellent, any problem resolution is very fast and always in a positive and resolution-oriented manner.

Peek pro does all the work for me after I have everything set up. They make taking reservations easy and smooth for our customers and all with the automated emails I know all my clients are getting the same information.

Getting everything set up at the start was challenging to figure out where I had to input our information. But the helpdesk was awesome. I would like to have more control over the font size on the manifests but that's a minor issue

I no longer have phone call reservations coming through my home phone line. All of my clients get a standardized email with all the required information, before when it was completed by individual guides there were gaps in information.

**What do you like best about Peek Pro?**

This booking platform is easy to use and the support is amazing.  When you sign up for Peek you will receive an excellent training session.  If you need more training or have questions they have you covered.  When a guest books through Peek, they will receive a confirmation immediately and then a reminder confirmation the day before.  After  the tour, they receive a thank you letter and the opportunity to evaluate their experience.  These comments are made available to review and the best comments are posted so people can review them when considering a tour.  Love Peak!

I have no downsides because this company is a perfect fit my tours.

**What problems is Peek Pro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The opportunity to book a tour with us online.  Our business was growing because of Peek.  Unfortunately,  COVID really hurt us but we are looking forward to the upcoming year and hope to see a lot of online bookings.  We had to discontinue our online bookings for about 2 years because of the pandemic so we are excited to be up and going again.

**What do you like best about Peek Pro?**

There's an abundance of features for most any configuration.

**What do you dislike about Peek Pro?**

Experience with customer support is so-so. Waited over a week for a callback that never came, even the support rep admitted the feature should work as we thought it did. Turns out it doesn't. Email/ticket support takes 24-48 hours. Chat is generally good but most of the time the answer to our questions is no. Feature requests exist but like most companies they work on a most requested basis, which makes getting features like store credit that applied to add ons (instead of just the main product) almost impossible. 

A way to internally create gift cards would also be nice.

Also, they follow a convenience fee price model, so if your business pays part of the fee you end up paying far more than a monthly software, or if you have your customers pay they get charged a lot of extra money for booking online. We dislike this model and would rather pay $100/month flat than a 6% fee (not to mention CC processing fees).

Online activity bookings are convenient for guests and us.

Our orientation coordinator was very helpful. The program looks sleek. For most of our guests, it has been easy to navigate. The company seems interested in improving features based on our suggestions. It works perfectly for standard public (non-member) reservations.

**What do you dislike about Peek Pro?**

The member function is new and has room for improvement. I understand that is in the works, and I hope they'll take our suggestions for feature improvements quickly. Some of our members are computer-challenged, and we need to make it as easy for them as possible. I'd like to be able to enter members in myself and update their information once it's entered. I also want the option to add-on services to the membership. We've had a few glitches where members have trouble making reservations.

Before we were using a hodge-podge approach to daily reservations, and Peek Pro helps us look a lot more professional. It's easy to set up on our side, and for most of our guests it's seamless on their side too.

Peek Pro has a great set of tools that will make your life easier. They are always looking for ways to improve their platform. And it is undoubtedly one of the top booking platforms you can find.

**What do you dislike about Peek Pro?**

Since Peek Pro launched the company has grown really fast and the personal and tailored attention they used to have is no longer there. However, you can be sure they are improving each day their software and know the industry's needs, so as much I would love to still have the very personalized attention they had in the past, I completely still like their improvements and work.

They deal with every possible aspect you may encounter from last-minute booking to dynamic pricing.

**What do you like best about Peek Pro?**

I've used a few different booking software packages over the years to run our photography business and Peek has been our favorite.  The back-end is very easy to use and taking addon payments from customers after the shoot is also equally easy.  They also clearly are studying the overall booking workflow and I've never had a complaint from a customer that something didn't make sense or it didn't work correctly.

**What do you dislike about Peek Pro?**

I'd like if the back-end accounting section was a bit better to be honest, especially for reconciling end-of-year numbers.

**What problems is Peek Pro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Peek lets me book photo sessions without ever having to talk to a customer ahead of time.  This saves me incredible amounts of time and headache.

It has an excellent visualization, so easy to understand, find bookings, and make changes very quick. The support we have from Peek is great too!

Sadly they can't connect with our system, so I have to update the availability every day, It´s impossible to have this 100% updated because we are selling in other ways all the time, and we have to deny many booking requests from our clients.

1. We like how easy and userfriendly is Peek Booking Flow on the website for customers
2. Like the Peek app. It needs some improvements but still cool to have access to all information from the phone
3. It works great with big equipment inventory

1. Sometimes new updates happen on weekend and the website booking flow/app doesn't work for 1-2 hours. It will be great if it can be happening on weekdays when it's not that busy

2. App Rentals part can be updated a little more, so it will be showing how many boats customers have

Having a platform that allows for online booking for customers that is also flexible to small business needs is an excellent and new tool. My company is still a bit new to online booking, which has greatly opened our potential customer base to now include those who rather booking online.

The dashboard can be a bit confusing to navigate and going into the reservation calendar, it always defaults to the date range of the last time you were in, versus the current day or week.

**What problems is Peek Pro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Peek pro opened up the business to an audience that prefers less coordination and conversation in booking - those who would rather just click and go. This is a benefit to my organization as it allows for those customers to be drawn to my business over those that don't have this capability.

It doesn't do everything that everyone needs - but it can be pretty customized.

Peek helps me by offering safe online booking for my guests and easy management for my 18 Tour Guides.  It is easy to use with just their cell phones.  Reliable and quick payments and excellent support whenever needed.

It's very to use for customers booking rentals.

I wish there were more customizations available as we allow early pickup and late drop off. I wish that the calendar for rentals going out each day was a little clearer. The interface could be streamlined a bit for employee use as it requires several trips back and forth to take deposits and assign equipment numbers and extra equipment customer is taking.

Peek pro is allowing customers to easily check the availability of rentals online VS doing it all over the phone. This gives us more time to spend with customers in the store.

**What do you like best about Peek Pro?**

The calendar booking widgets that you can put on your front page are easy to install on the page, and they look good. From a customer purchase standpoint, they raised our ticket sales.

**What do you dislike about Peek Pro?**

If you have locations in more than one time zone, you're going to have to split them up into different accounts and there's no way to look at all your sales in one place. As a payment processor, they're not as robust as Stripe and if you have to do a return they will make you pay for it with a credit card and even charge you a transaction fee on that return! So, don't use them as a payment processor if you already have a relationship with Stripe. If you are moving to them from a previous ticketing agency, double and triple check the reservations to make sure they are all in there or you are in for a bumpy ride on your first month.

We needed a calendar ticket widget on the front page of our website that could specifically show certain tours based on the booking page people were going to. The variety of purchase widgets and the customizability of them has been good for sales.

The support team is super helpful and get back to you in a timely manner. The set up was super easy. They pretty much did everything for me. I no longer pay a percentage every transaction.

You can't make one time invoices easily. You have to add a time slot and add a item to your main list before you start the invoice just to add them on...instead of just adding it on the invoice/booking while your in add booking. We offer custum tours so this makes it difficult and is time consuming...it would be nice if you can add one time fees to invoice and change start times

Great team of professionals ready to help your business save time and money. Smooth running system. Highly recommend...saved me thousands already. (Using for 3 months so far)

It would be great to have a combined activity and rental equipment pool to add more cohesiveness to our products. Having the ability to customize "waivers" for each booking would also be a help.

I believe Peek should focus on creating more API connections to OTA and agencies, similarly to some of their main competitors. Having a wide distribution network is always a plus.

Great variety of features that allow us to diversify and think ahead. Our program person is great.

Customer support (outside our program/manager person). Our old system would do a lot of the background work for us.  When support says they will send help documents they almost never do and then I am sifting through what does arrive.

**What problems is Peek Pro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Online tour sign-up. It allows us to have set times and for some people to sign up ahead of time. Question at the bottom asked if we were more productive? No, but only because it is such a hassle to make changes and updates, with our limited knowledge and support being very unhelpful.

The platform does experience glitches from time to time, which Peek staff are always quick to assist with. We have had some issues, but all of which were resolved.

Customer support is top notch!  They have found ways to work around almost all scenarios.

Although they have found ways to work around most scenarios, it can feel more like bolt-on solutions rather than being intuitive, you have to navigate many menus.

I was not able to find a way to turn off most email notifications which fill up my inbox unnecessarily..
