Honestly, the timing. I got a ton of requests for documents, with basically NO TIME in advance prior to the signature of my contract. We had to push the date because some documents were not that easy to get. After that, the guidance has not been very clear (they kept saying they sent me some documents they didn't, and that was very confusing) and also, they had a HUGE survey to answer (not this one, one about my place of work) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It's friendly user. Anything you want, you can find it immediately. They also have an AI tool that can help you if you have any question, so there's no need to call or communicate with anyone.
