"Frustrating Onboarding and a Difficult, Error-Prone Portal"
1/5
What do you like best about Pebl (formerly Velocity Global)?

There aren't any features which stand out as better than my previous EoR's software. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Pebl (formerly Velocity Global)?

I encountered many frustrations with the onboarding, and continue to find the portal difficult to use. My contract had the wrong start date and other errors. When inputting my personal information into the onboarding form, some of the "Next" buttons wouldn't work unless I had completed fields which were shown as "optional". The way annual leave is recorded is strange - it automatically logs weekend days, so this has incorrectly logged my leave. There is no way to edit so I have had to reach out to support for the leave to be deleted. The portal also is not optimised for mobile use. The screen/view often can't be scrolled down so some buttons or drop-down selections are inaccessible. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Detailed, Efficient Onboarding with Helpful, Timely Answers"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Pebl (formerly Velocity Global)?

I really like how detailed and efficient the platform was during my onboarding. I also appreciate that all of my questions were answered in a timely manner. When I submit my timesheets, I like that it automatically saves my progress, so I can track my hours throughout the week without having to submit early or worry about losing any of my hours. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Pebl (formerly Velocity Global)?

I sometimes have trouble logging in. Even when I select “Remember Me,” the platform never actually remembers my login. On top of that, I can’t log in using only my password, because the site only prompts me to use my phone number or sends a “magic link” to my email instead. Additionally, the timesheet feature can be a little finicky. I will select "Break," and it will revert to "Work". It can be frustrating to enter details into my timesheet. "Efficient and Fast Onboarding Process with Pebl"
5/5
What do you like best about Pebl (formerly Velocity Global)?

I like the speed and availability of Pebl formerly (Velocity Global). At all times I was informed of what was happening, they were always available to assist and answer questions, in addition to speeding up the process considerably. The cordiality, kindness, and speed in service are also aspects that I appreciate. All the documents I needed to provide and then sign were easily identified and made available. The digital platform is excellent for monitoring the current status of the process and the information about the work. All contact was facilitated by email, and the sending and signing of documents through digital platforms made the process extremely fluid. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Pebl (formerly Velocity Global)?

I did not have negative experiences. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Customer-Oriented Team with Always-Available Support"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Pebl (formerly Velocity Global)?

They are very customer-oriented and always available whenever we have questions or need support. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Pebl (formerly Velocity Global)?

Communication can sometimes be inconsistent. For example, receiving a message that says "we'll get back to you" followed by the actual answer only a few hours later seems redundant when the response is already expected within 24 hours. It isn't a major issue, but it can be slightly confusing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
