"Great Customer Service & Easy to Use!"

What do you like best about Peanut Butter?

Peanut Butter is easy to navigate and find all the information needed. Monthly invoicing is simple and quick. I can easily make adjustments to employees, get new employees enrolled and remove employees who have left the organization. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Peanut Butter?

My only complaint about Peanut Butter is that it allows employees to register an account with their personal email. However, this was an issue on our end because employees had access to a link we didn't intend for them to have. David helped us troubleshoot and resolve the issue quickly to ensure employees had the appropriate access. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from David Aronson of Peanut Butter

We really appreciate you taking the time to share your perspective, Kay. I'm really glad we were able to work through the email obstacle together. It's music to my ears to hear that you've found Peanut Butter easy to navigate and our support to be, well...supportive :)

"Making Employee Wellness Easier"
5/5
What do you like best about Peanut Butter?

We've been using Peanut Butter as an Employer for about 3 months. The onboarding experience was relatively easy, especially because their support team walked us through the steps to insure we were successful. Employees have commented that it is easy for them to register and verify their loans. Additionally, employees without loans or those who do not qualify for our repayment benefit can still use the online information/education resources, which is very helpful for employees in supporting financial wellness. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Peanut Butter?

We use Workday, so it would be great in the future to make our enrollment and eligibility updates using an integration process. We currently provide some manual updates each month to make sure our census is up-to-date. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from David Aronson of Peanut Butter

Thanks for taking the time to provide your thoughts and review, Molly. I'm glad that you found onboarding to be easy. And it's great to hear that your employees have said their enrollment was smooth, too! I've shared your suggestion with our product team so that additional integrations can be considered on our roadmap. I hope the rest of your open enrollment goes well.

What do you like best about Peanut Butter?

I like the fact that it is so easy to navigate the portal. I also think that offering this service to our employees is great because they really appreciate it. Communication from our rep has also been great! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Peanut Butter?

I would like to have an option to terminate and eliminate an employees profile from the website. I am not sure if this can be done but I currently do not know how. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from David Aronson of Peanut Butter

Thanks for sharing this, Jerry! Your efforts to retain your talented team members by contributing to their student loans will go a long way. We strive to make our portal user-friendly, so we're glad to know that this has been reflected in your experience! If you'd like to see a subset of employees, just use the filter on the Employee Info page, or contact your Customer Success Manager to request a delation. By default, the system will maintain records of suspended users so that you (as employer) maintain a record of who was eligible and who received contributions.
