My only complaint about Peanut Butter is that it allows employees to register an account with their personal email. However, this was an issue on our end because employees had access to a link we didn't intend for them to have. We've been using Peanut Butter as an Employer for about 3 months. The onboarding experience was relatively easy, especially because their support team walked us through the steps to insure we were successful. Employees have commented that it is easy for them to register and verify their loans. Additionally, employees without loans or those who do not qualify for our repayment benefit can still use the online information/education resources, which is very helpful for employees in supporting financial wellness.
