What do you like best about Peanut Butter?

David was the best part of my Peanut Butter experience. He was able to provide me insight on my employers contributions after my student loan server was slow in response and had a 3 month delay in payment contributions. David emailed me right away with solutions and even gave me a call twice to see if there was an update with the situation. I'd highly recommend this company to any one who asks!

After David's help, I was able to finish paying off my student loan just in time before the student loan interest kicked in. They even sent me a certificate congratulating me on being student loan debt free! So huge thank you to David for all his help and support! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Peanut Butter?

I don't think anything was difficult to figure out in terms of the website or customer service. The only possible thing I can think of is that after my student loan server updated there portal, I wasn't able to see how much I still owed but that didn't have anything to do with Peanut Butter, it was the loan servers new update that they didn't allow third party companies to show the live balance.
