Implementation was super easy and low-touch ! Employees find it so easy to use, and customer support is there to help them get over any hurdle. The portal integrated into the loan programs so easily. Our newest employees are all way more concerned about student debt than 401k at this point in their lives... and this benefit has been a huge hit because of that. The dashboard was extremely easy to use and the communication of payments made and what you need to do to stay on track, was easy. I checked my account monthly to stay on top of payments made and they always posted quickly and with accuracy. There are no downsides to using Peanut Butter. Our HR VP brought this product to our company at its inception several years ago. The peace of mind of knowing that my company was making payments towards my student loan (even during the Pandemic deferment periods!) was immense. Because of this extra assistance, I was able to finally free myself of student loan debt; and do so earlier than projected! Peanut Butter has a very hands on staff and CEO, and I LOVE that. Only small downside was the certificate when you pay off your loans that includes your company name. While their contributions are so helpful, they are often the smallest scale of the loan.
