Allows for companies to offer compliant student loan refinancing AND student loan repayment options for their teams. The super supportive team also helps navigate employees questions, and almost completely takes it off the plate for HR. I have to review it one time per month for about 10 minutes, and that's it. This benefit is offered to all of our full-time employees. It is a great asset in attracting new college graduates and keeping our workforce fresh. I love the dashboard that shows how much money is saved in interest on student loans, and how much time is shortened on the life of the loan.
