I think I would have liked a little more informaiton about what steps to take when my loan was paid off. I think what makes a good service is their ability to stay true and accountable to their word and actions and that's the top trait PB has offered. They've never missed a payment or had to justify as to why a payment doesn't go through. The staff has been very helpful with setting the repayment assistance. The only issue I would comment on is that the monthly payment should increase, but I am assuming that this is the decision of the employer and not Peanut Butter. **Recommendations to others considering Peanut Butter:** Continue to grow and expand. Everything was easy with Peanut Butter. Most vendors offer a fancy sales pitch to get you in the door, and once through the door that pitch falls apart. You find the salesmen didn't understand the complex nature of your business, didn't understand your IT and Security requirements, underestimated the Go-Live requirements and timelines, and overestimated the impact on bottom line results. Peanut Butter is the opposite. We were ready to implement a full 3 months early, THEY completed our extremely laborious and detailed IT and Security Questionnaires, and they were available for support from the time of our business case (a full 1.5 years before we launched and they ever saw a dime from us) to this very day. They want what is best for you and your employees, even if that sometimes means telling you that your gut assumptions are wrong. Their system is easy. Sign-up is easy. Utilisation is easy. They keep it simple, so you and your employees benefit. **What do you dislike about Peanut Butter?** This isn't Peanut Butter's fault, just a confusing aspect of the program. The payment shows up on an employee's paystub, and THEN the next month the funds get sent to their student loan. So out the gate it feels like you are paying out of pocket without getting anything at first. On top of that, since it is a taxable benefit, employee's take home pay often goes down. A little shocking at first. Only way to avoid that would possibly be an integration with your Payroll system, and some form of payment made through Peanut Butter automatically when deductions are received. Almost like an ACH transfer through multiple parties. **Recommendations to others considering Peanut Butter:** We looked at 3 vendors in total, and Peanut Butter was the clear winner. If you are looking at anyone else, I highly recommend you stop and just move forward with Peanut Butter. **What problems is Peanut Butter solving and how is that benefiting you?** We are a Bank of over 50% Millennial. College education is expensive and crippling to the younger generations. As a Bank, we need people to have money to be able to deposit it, to get mortgages, and overall use our products and services. The platform is so easy to use it's basically dummy proof, which is great b/c the last thing any busy administrator needs is an unintuitive, clunky, time consuming tool. I searched the market for a while before finding PB and at first I was unsure about going with a name I had not heard of before. However when I compared PB's offer to a few competitors (Fidelity being one), they literally blew everyone else away - by like A LOT. They are significantly less expensive but yet offer way more service! Kind of felt too good to be true so I dove in deeper & realized, yep, they really are that great. I suspect it's b/c this is there bread & butter (no pun intended, lol) so they are experts in the field but for other shops that are trying to offer this service, it's an afterthought type service (so therefore it sucks). **What do you dislike about Peanut Butter?** Nothing yet. So far so good. It's all very straight forward. **Recommendations to others considering Peanut Butter:** Go for it. I did the homework, compared the vendors & PB always came out on top. **What problems is Peanut Butter solving and how is that benefiting you?** Our employees love that we have implemented a student loan repayment program. I truly think it's not even about the actual money but more about the gesture & thought of it all. The response has been overwhelmingly positive & it's great that when interacting with the PB website, it's so easy to use that that good feeling carries through.
