I have never heard of a company like Peanut Butter before until their organization was introduced to us by our current CEO. I thought the idea was fantastic and wanted to partner immediately. Peanut Butter made it so much easier for me to pay off my loans faster with their monthly contributions. What a great conversation starter as well it has been talking with new/prospective hires we have added to our team over the past year about how awesome of an organization like Peanut Butter is to partner and lock arms with. This was a simple and straightforward process, from start to finish. The user interface is straightforward and simple enough, not a lot of hands-on attention was needed. To add an additional loan to Peanut Butter, just click My Loans, then Add Loan. You can track multiple loans and switch your employer's contribution from one to the other with a couple of clicks. The folks at PB are super helpful & their response time to any question is unlike anything I've ever encountered. The platform is so easy to use it's basically dummy proof, which is great b/c the last thing any busy administrator needs is an unintuitive, clunky, time consuming tool. I searched the market for a while before finding PB and at first I was unsure about going with a name I had not heard of before. However when I compared PB's offer to a few competitors (Fidelity being one), they literally blew everyone else away - by like A LOT. They are significantly less expensive but yet offer way more service! Kind of felt too good to be true so I dove in deeper & realized, yep, they really are that great. I suspect it's b/c this is there bread & butter (no pun intended, lol) so they are experts in the field but for other shops that are trying to offer this service, it's an afterthought type service (so therefore it sucks). I truly think it's not even about the actual money but more about the gesture & thought of it all. The response has been overwhelmingly positive & it's great that when interacting with the PB website, it's so easy to use that that good feeling carries through. It's like the good "vibe" of it all is reinforced when they encounter a platform that really helps them complete the process very easily & in plain english highlights the benefit to them.
