"Renewal/Expansion Process Optimization and CRM Connectivity"
4.5/5
What do you like best about PeakCommerce?

We were able to significantly streamline our license renewal campaigns by utilizing a self-service platform's robust functionality, ease of access, navigation and availability of various payment options. It is also highly customizable and was able to meet our aesthetic needs in addition to the industry specific nuance. Finally the information flow between the platform and SalesForce CRM was instantaneous, offering timely and reliable metrics for either scheduled reporting or ad-hoc instances. What do you dislike about PeakCommerce?

I would say the initial set up took more time than expected but perhaps it had to do with our extremely specific system requirements necessary for that industry. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
